Dr Paul Pers is an experienced medical practitioner with a special interest in Occupational Health who has been in practice for more than 40 years.

Dr Pers is accredited for Permanent Impairment Assessments (PIA) in South Australia and Northern Territory in AMA Guides 5th and 6th Editions) as well as Injury Scale Value (ISV) (SA Motor Accident Commission accredited), Comcare, DVA and Fitness Duty assessments.

Dr Pers’ qualifications include Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery, Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and a Certificate in Clinical Occupational Medicine.

A special interest in musculoskeletal medicine including spine, shoulders and knees.

Dr Paul Pers has a special interest in musculoskeletal medicine including spine, shoulders and knees. He has extensive experience as a health care consultant in the personal insurance industry. He has trained several hundred GPs in the best practice techniques in injury management.

Occupational Health is a defined discipline where the effects of ‘work’ (including the medical, physical, social, psychological, organisational and environmental demands) on employees (individuals and groups) and the effect that employees’ medical, physical and psychological conditions, have on their ability to work safely and efficiently within the workplace environment.
